CENTRAL SUPERFAST SECOND BROADBAND PROJECT - POSTCODE COVERAGE/PHASING CHECKER

IMPORTANT NOTE

The indicated coverage/phasing is based on the BT/Openreach initial planning for its second project for the Central Superfast partnership. It is likely that phasing and timings will change as survey work and/or implementation progresses and areas will be brought forward or pushed back as circumstances determine within the overall aim of delivering the maximum coverage with the resources available.   Individual premises within a postcode may not currently receive, or receive in the future, superfast broadband services, even when a postcode is indicated as already covered or to be covered through a phase of the project. Additional funding is expected to be available to extend coverage further. The Central Superfast project will provide more details and announcements as planning and deployment progresses.  Further information is available through our Frequently Asked Questions facility.

N.B.  Please check table for explanation of phasing

The following table explains the phasing. If more than one phase is indicated above it is because the postcode is served by a mix of infrastructure with differing upgrade expectations. Please note that the timings of phases shown are initial indications, reflect a likely acceleration agreement with BT/Openreach, but are still subject to the uncertainties in the IMPORTANT NOTE above.
